Tax Manager

• Prepare and review complex federal, Iowa, and multi-state returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S
• Lead multiple tax engagements while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service
• Advise clients and partners on tax planning opportunities, compliance matters, and strategic recommendations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax professionals while contributing to firmwide training and best practices
• CPA or EA required, along with experience reviewing complex returns and a strong understanding of Iowa tax law
