Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

As a Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while performing preventive vehicle maintenance services.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
• Perform oil changes and other preventive maintenance services
• Educate customers on recommended vehicle maintenance services
• Work efficiently while maintaining service quality and safety standards
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service processes
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and sales goals
• Learn multiple positions within the shop and assist where needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn automotive maintenance procedures
• Ability to follow processes and safety standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required

Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
