Senior GTM Program & Partnership Manager
OnTrac is hiring a Senior GTM Program & Partnership Manager to lead cross‑functional execution of major commercial initiatives, service updates, and go‑to‑market programs across Marketing, Service Development, and partner channels. The role drives launch plans, readiness across Commercial, Pricing, Legal, Operations, IT and other partner teams, and supports the growth of OnTrac’s commercial and strategic partner program.
LocationRemote – this position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
CompensationExpected starting base pay range: $140,000 - $175,000
. Base salary may increase to $210,000 over tenure, based on experience, skills, equity, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission, and other incentive compensation in accordance with applicable plans.
Coordinating execution across Marketing and Service Development for major commercial initiatives, service updates, and go‑to‑market programs. Responsible for building and managing launch plans, maintaining schedules and dependencies, documenting decisions and open issues, and ensuring readiness across multiple cross‑functional teams.

The Must‑Haves- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6‑9 years of program management experience in complex cross‑functional environments, preferably in B2B logistics, parcel, transportation, operations, or related go‑to‑market settings
- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, dependencies, readiness, issue tracking, and escalation across multiple functions
- Experience supporting launches, service changes, or operationally complex initiatives involving commercial, technical, or process dependencies
- Deep understanding of go‑to‑market fundamentals in B2B; marketing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with e‑commerce logistics, parcel, last‑mile, transportation, or related operational environments preferred
- Up to 10% travel
- Build and manage program structure: Create and maintain integrated schedules for launches, service changes, and major go‑to‑market initiatives, including milestones, owners, dependencies, launch gates, and key decisions.
- Run execution cadence and readiness tracking: Establish regular operating rhythms across work streams, including status meetings, readiness reviews, checkpoints, and leadership updates.
- Track issues and escalates risks: Maintain visibility into blockers, unresolved decisions, readiness gaps, and resource constraints; drive follow‑up with owners and escalations when launch timing or execution quality is at risk.
- Maintain decision and progress reporting: Keep decision logs, issue registers, action trackers, and status summaries up to date, providing leadership with a clear view of milestones, risks, ownership, and next steps.
- Coordinate reprioritization and budget needs: Identify where launches require sequencing adjustments, focused support, or temporary reprioritization across teams, and manage marketing budget across activities.
- Support and grow the partner program: Manage OnTrac's commercial and strategic partner program, including partner onboarding, referral and incentive programs, contracts, billing, lead management, and partner‑related issue resolution.
- Identify new partner opportunities: Support development of new commercial and strategic partnerships to complement OnTrac's value proposition and expand addressable market.
