Account Manager – Solutions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and create solutions for new customers and new opportunities
• Collect project specifications from Client and available resources to accurately communicate those specifications to internal and/or external service departments
• Solve for materials, due dates, and print options based on customer requirements
• Be accountable to the customer by delivering communication regarding solutions and project inquiries
• Keep the line of communication open to ensure clients are heard, and projects are delivering as agreed upon
• Optimize, and drive controlled schedules across the company and cross-functional teams
• Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, adapting and altering plans based on changing circumstances
• Develop and maintain an environment with all team members that continues to foster a sense of urgency, professionalism, and execution
• Communicate frequently and clearly the progress of client engagements and program initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and manage project timelines and task lists, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate regularly with all departments to ensure delivery of timely, high-quality services
• Develop and maintain positive and productive relationship with key client contacts and internal teams
• Bring ideas/solutions to the client and team to accomplish current and potential client needs

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of Account Management experience
• 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail, and/or signage
• PMP helpful
• Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, or related area of study
• Knowledge of print services and capabilities
• Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word and outlook
