As a Gypsum Concrete Laborer, you are part of a supportive team that completes a vital step in the construction process for our clients. Each day, you receive your work orders, load the necessary materials, and drive to the job site. You take time to set up your equipment, including the gypsum pump, skid loader, and pour hoses, for an efficient day of work.

To prepare the floors for the underlayment, you carefully apply primer and seal any cracks with caulk or can foam. Working with your crew, you mix the gypsum concrete, then pump it into the building. You finish the pour by flushing the hoses with water, returning them to the truck, cleaning all equipment, and leaving a clean job site. You love learning a new trade and take pride in the quality work you do each day!

• Must have a valid driver's license. A Class A CDL is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must have experience finishing concrete or other related experience.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
