Customer Service Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member
Full time position located in Ankeny, IA.
As a Customer Service Representative with Reyna Immerfall
- State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, coordinating with team members, and anticipating community needs.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Simple IRA
