Customer Service & Logistics Associate

POSITION SUMMARY Customer Service & Logistics Associates are responsible for interacting with customers and internal departments to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services and supporting the outside sales team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The primary duty of all THD America employees is assuring Customer Satisfaction. Specific responsibilities of the position include:
Interacting with customers via telephone, email and other media, receiving and processing customer orders, including order entry, picking, packing, shipping and invoicing, maintain and update sales and customer records, manage daily/monthly sales reports, and communicate feedback from customers and support the sales force.

Perform other logistic and purchasing functions such as replenishment, receipts and inventory management, manage Returned Goods Authorizations, including processing credits, stay up to date with new products and features, and maintain proper records to comply with FDA regulations.

Additional responsibilities will include providing support services for tradeshow and other event coordination, including: managing travel plans, obtaining and sending needed material, coordinating shipment and delivery of trade show materials, along with other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES

REQUIRED:

Experience using MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Ability  to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

Strong verbal and written communication skills; good telephone manners; excellent listener

Ability to handle customer issues while delivering exceptional customer service

Must be quality focused and able to analyze information

Experience in the medical device sales field would be beneficial EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Associate's degree (A.

A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift 15-20lbsWill be bending, lifting, walking and packaging

Environment will alternate between office and warehouse
