Faith is seeking an outgoing, goal-oriented, self-starter who has attended FBBC or appreciates the school's history and vision. Ideal candidates may include parents of current or prospective students, recent empty nesters, recent graduates, or current/former homeschool moms or teachers. The position offers flexibility, with a combination of remote and on-site work possible, depending on the candidate's previous experience and residency in the local area.

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will nurture over 75 applicants annually through texts, emails, and phone calls as part of the admissions process. Responsibilities include recruiting, providing high-level customer service to prospective students and applicants, and assisting with Faith events as needed. Minimal travel to visit recruits in person may be required.
- Engage with potential students, parents, and ministry leaders.
- Interact with campus visitors.
- Assist with admissions events.
- Maintain regular communication via emails, notes, texts, and calls.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, ideally within the hour or by the next morning.
- Be available beyond regular hours for calls and texts, logging in and out accordingly.
- Agree without reservation to FBBC&TS’s foundational documents.
- Be a practicing Baptist.
- Uphold Biblical standards of morality and living.
- Neither applicant nor spouse should have been divorced.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Ability to communicate clearly and promptly with recruits.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Possession of a 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent.
