Job Summary
The work study program provides funds for part‑time employment to help students finance the costs of postsecondary education. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student’s course of study. It is designed to provide students with an opportunity for employment arranged around class schedules, while providing essential services to the College and the community.
Essential Functions- Engage in friendly & genuine conversation with members and guests while they are checking into the facility, asking questions, and exiting the facility.
- Become well versed on Trail Point’s offerings including hours of operation, membership structure & pricing, program registration dates, and more.
- Work alongside fellow Membership Team members to ensure a welcoming, positive, and safe environment for members and guests.
- Ability to complete First Aid, CPR / AED Certification within 60 days of hire.
- Must be able to work during Trail Point’s hours of operation – including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Experience in customer service or membership management.
10 hours per week during these times:
Weekdays between 5:00 am – 9:00 pm;
Weekends between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
$13.50 per hour.
