Early Childhood Center Director

2 For U Childcare and Preschool is a licensed childcare center seeking a Center Director
. This is an exciting opportunity for a self‑motivated, energetic leader who is passionate about early childhood education.

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous management or leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility

• Shift: Full‑time, Mon‑Fri, rotating opening/closing; operating hours 7 am‑6 pm
• Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year, based on education and experience

• Oversee the day‑to‑day center operations; willingness to cover classrooms, drive the school‑age van, and adopt an all‑hands‑on‑deck attitude.
• Develop and execute a monthly engagement and marketing plan to increase enrollment; attend community marketing events and plan enrollment and retention activities for families and staff.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and currently enrolled families; create positive partnerships with families by serving as a resource and responding to questions and concerns.
• Develop and teach staff by conducting ongoing observations, staff training, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities.
• Adapt to flexibility in your role and complete the duties of absent staff members.
• Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing stairs; ability to lift and carry up to 40 lb; and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
