Infant lead Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant teacher to join our team at Little Endeavors Child Development Center in Ankeny, IA. As an Infant lead teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families by providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

As an Infant teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing age‑appropriate lesson plans, monitoring the developmental progress of each child, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. You will also be expected to communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure that each child's individual needs are being met.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for working with infants and a dedication to early childhood education. You must have a minimum of a high school diploma and previous experience working with young children. A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in early childhood education is preferred.

In addition to meeting the educational requirements, you must also possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to provide a loving and supportive environment for the children in your care.
