School Director

Potential candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, self‑motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.

Salary range: $61,000-$67,000 per year

Compensation includes monthly bonus potential based on performance of the school.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
• Preferably 1 year of managerial experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
• Working knowledge of state licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a leader.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Ability to satisfy the applicant background study required by state regulations.
• Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
