Salary Information: $12.50 per hour.
Job Summary:
The work study program provides funds for part-time employment to help students finance the costs of postsecondary education. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student's course of study. The program is designed to provide students with an opportunity for employment arranged around class schedules, while providing essential services to the College and the community.
Essential Functions:
Assist with the daily administrative operations of the tutoring program by helping students and tutors sign in and out of tutoring sessions, scheduling and rescheduling tutoring appointments, and communicating with the Program Coordinator regarding scheduling changes and student needs.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills, the ability to answer phones, and a willingness to learn a web-based scheduling system.
