Job Summary
Caregivers will work as a team to create a positive, nurturing environment for children between the ages of 3 months and 8 years, in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere.

Essential Functions
Build strong relationships with children, families and co-workers through conversation, active listening and practicing empathy.
Engage in play with children, sharing and encouraging their ideas.
Follow program policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for children.
Work collaboratively alongside a dedicated team, practicing effective communication, showing respect for others’ ideas, assisting and being inclusive of others.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to complete Universal Precautions Training Certification within 10 days of hire.
- Ability to complete Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to complete adult and pediatric CPR /first aid/ AED including hands on training within 60 days of hire. Upon review, current certification may be deemed acceptable.
Desired Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education coursework/degree.
- Experience in an early childhood group setting.
Work Schedule
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm & 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am –12:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am –12:00pm
