Salary Information

Job SummaryAdjunct Paralegal Instructor to teach PRL 167:
Probate Procedure Paralegals for Spring Semester 2027.
Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi synchronous, virtual format via DMACC’s learning management system platform. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.
Required Qualifications- Juris Doctor degree.
- 2-years’ experience in law practice as a licensed attorney (must be a licensed attorney).
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.
Desired Qualifications- Teaching Experience.
- At least two years of professional experience in estate administration, including probating estates and drafting wills and trusts.
- Experience working with and training paralegals in trusts and estates or probate administration practices.
Mondays 6:00pm – 9:00pm, January 11 – May 6, 2026.
