Accumold seeks a Lead Process Engineer to train and develop New Process Engineers and process technician teams. You will sample tooling, apply scientific molding, and support micro/small mold production.
You’ll work with project teams to meet customer needs and drive improvements on tooling performance and schedules. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8–10 years’ experience in injection molding processes, with strong DOE and documentation skills.
