- Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll.
- Assist with payroll tax calculations and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.

Starting pay range: $18.50 - $24.25. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior payroll and garnishment experience preferred. Understanding of FLSA guidelines preferred.
- Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
