CMK Resources is seeking a Service Now Implementation Consultant to support a growing enterprise Service Now practice and help lead platform initiatives.
Requirements- Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Drive Service Now implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives
- Translate business requirements into scalable Service Now solutions
- Partner with architects, developers, and technical teams throughout project delivery
- Facilitate discussions around platform capabilities, workflow design, and solution options
- Support deployment planning, testing, change management, and adoption activities
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Service Now capabilities
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, workflows, user stories, process maps, and solution artifacts
- Present recommendations and implementation strategies to business and technical stakeholders
