Full Stack Engineer​/Developer

Chad is an AI based solution designed to help customers save time by automating complex workflows and delivering actionable insights. As we expand to build our state-of-the-art AI platform, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help with tasks such as building out our payment system.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will collaborate closely with our founding technical team to plan, build, and ship both front-end and back-end components for the Chad Agent and platform. You’ll own each feature from end to end: defining APIs and infrastructure, crafting UI/UX, and setting up observability—delivering polished, reliable experiences on a project basis.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• Evaluate and integrate an identity provider (e.g. Auth0, Okta, Keycloak)
• Implement OAuth2/OIDC (and SAML if needed) flows for login, logout, token refresh
• Configure multi-factor authentication and session management
• Design data models and database schemas for user profiles and chat history
• Ensure reliable storage and retrieval of user data, with encryption at rest/in transit

Infrastructure & Dev Ops

• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP): VPCs, subnets, load balancers, security groups
• Leverage generative UI (AI-driven layout, component suggestions, adaptive themes) to optimize user flows
• Collaborate with team to refine login, registration, profile settings, and chat interfaces
• Add real-time form validation, error handling, and contextual user guidance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in full-stack development, with proven production deployments
• Strong Python and Typescript skills and experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI
• 3+ years building React-based UIs and familiarity with modern UI/UX libraries such as Next.js
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI-agent ecosystems (Anthropic API, Lang Graph, Lang Smith) is desirable but not required
• Self-motivated communicator who thrives in a small, fast-moving team
• Strong command of written and spoken English
