Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Analyst with deep experience in Guidewire integration to join a high-impact cyber insurance initiative. You will lead form generation efforts, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and user-friendly customer documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis workstream focused on form generation and template design.
- Create form mock-ups and align deliverables with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure successful integration with Guidewire.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases in Azure Dev Ops.
- Conduct workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT support.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of Business Analyst experience in IT or Insurance.
- Familiarity with Guidewire (Policy Center, Claim Center, etc.).
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance products and form compliance.
- Proficient in Azure Dev Ops and Agile methodologies.
