CRM Product Specialist

Intapp's Sales and Revenue Operations teams rely on a best-in-class quoting and opportunity management system to close deals faster and maintain audit integrity. We're seeking a CRM Specialist to own the design and continuous improvement of our Deal Cloud and Opportunity-to-Quote ecosystem.

You'll partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to architect workflows that accelerate deal velocity, enforce pricing governance, and reduce manual work.

What you will do:

Solution Design & Architecture Design the end-to-end quote lifecycle: qualification configuration pricing approval closure

Become an expert in Deal Cloud and opportunity-to-quote workflows

Define integration architecture between Deal Cloud, CPQ tools, and downstream billing/contract systems

Establish dashboards and reporting to track pipeline, conversion, and approval bottlenecks

Operational Leadership & Governance Develop and maintain solution documentation and design standards

Own quote approval hierarchies, discount governance, and pricing strategy implementation

Design and enforce data validation rules, stage progression logic, and audit trails across the opportunity lifecycle

Establish best practices around change management, solution governance, and release coordination

Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Revenue Ops) to translate needs into technical requirements

Deliver training and documentation to support teams and end-users

Proactively identify future capability needs and propose iterative solutions

Work with Integration and Data Solutions teams to address technical dependencies

What you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience5+ years of systems-facing work with demonstrated progression2+ years specifically in CRM configuration and solution architecture

Understanding of how business processes map to system design

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable CRMReal exposure to CPQ tools (Deal Hub, Salesforce CPQ, Conga preferred)
Deep understanding of sales cycle processes: opportunity qualification quote generation deal closure

Ability to design system architecture across multiple platforms

Comfort with data flow, integration patterns, and reporting requirements

Experience working with revenue operations, sales operations, or finance teams

Strategic communicator who translates between business and technical teams

Strong documentation practices and attention to change management

Problem-solver who thinks proactively about future needs

Listener who asks good questions and validates requirements before designing

Bonus if you have:

Subscription or recurring revenue business model background

DealCloud or Intapp One Place platform experience

Quote approval hierarchy and discount governance design

ERP/billing system integration architecture

CPQ process automation and workflow design
