Aboutthe Role
We're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to cover a maternity leave on contract. This is a hands-on, full-funnel execution role focused on driving pipeline through campaigns, account-based programs, webinars, and email; in close partnership with Sales and BDRs.
You'll execute an established playbook into our target verticals: theme parks, aquariums, water parks, zoos, boat tours, and scenic railways. Day to day, you'll ship ABX microsites and nurture programs in Hub Spot, produce content including webinars, build landing pages, send campaigns, and own an editorial calendar. You will be executing on our high-growth strategy, leveraging our proven ABX system and bringing your judgment and perspectives to help us reach our audiences and build pipeline.
WhatYou'll Bring
- 4+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, running campaigns, ABX programs, webinars, and email in close partnership with Sales
- Strong AI fluency, with hands-on Claude experience strongly preferred; you use AI tools daily, understand how to prompt well, and have built (or are excited to build) reusable skills, prompts, or automations. This is non-negotiable for the role
- Hub Spot fluency is required; you've built workflows, landing pages, emails, and lists in Hub Spot, not just used it as a contact database
- Demonstrated experience executing ABX or account-based campaigns; vertical microsites, segmented outreach, sales coordination
- Webinar production experience; you've owned at least a few from concept through delivery
- Hands-on production chops: comfortable in Hub Spot CMS, Figma (using established templates), and able to make light HTML/CSS edits without needing a developer
- Strong writing skills across long-form (blog, case study) and short-form (email, social, ad copy) and the judgment to know when output is ready for executive review or ready to ship
- Comfort working closely with Sales and BDR teams to support pipeline goals through campaigns and content
- Strong project management instincts, managing multiple campaigns in flight with clear ownership and on-time delivery
- Self-directed working style; you're stepping into an established role and you'll need to ramp quickly without heavy hand-holding
- You've published a Claude skill, agent, or workflow you're proud of; internal or public
- Experience marketing to operators in tours, attractions, hospitality, or a similarly vertical-specific B2B space
- Familiarity with technical SEO basics (on-page optimization, internal linking)
- Experience with podcast production or trade show speaking submissions
- Duration: ~12 months (maternity leave cover, with brief overlap on either end for handoff)
- Location:
Canada Remote, working in CST
