- You will develop a strategic, comprehensive digital roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and create strategies to leverage these opportunities
- Establish frameworks for AI governance, data quality, and responsible AI use in partnership with IT and risk functions
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital products and platforms, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable ROI
- You will research and recommend new digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement
- Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, including core operational improvements and transformational (“disruption”) projects
- Ensure integration across systems (ERP, CRM, operational platforms) to enable end-to-end digital workflows
- You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and performance metrics
- Partner closely with IT to define technology architecture, system integration, and platform strategy
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, vendors, and tools to support digital strategy
- You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards
- You have 7+ years in digital technology or IT role experience required
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Strategic and forward-thinking with strong digital and business acumen
- You are results-oriented with a focus on execution and measurable value creation; able to solve problems and complete tasks
- Change leader who drives adoption and organizational transformation
- Collaborative partner across business, IT, and shared service
- You have the proven ability to lead teams and develop talent
- Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision in a complex environment and handle multiple tasks
- Travel up to 30% is required
