Leading the development of the Compliance data function, the full-time Senior Compliance Data Manager will drive strategic product direction across various compliance systems while collaborating with Engineering and Compliance teams in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities- Own the Compliance data product suite, driving strategic direction across Customer Risk Scoring, Transaction Monitoring, and related systems
- Lead the design and implementation of the Compliance data risk framework, addressing Data Quality, Usage Risk, and Lineage Risk
- Execute formal data contracts between Producers and Consumers, defining control requirements and change management protocols
- 10+ years in Data Product Management, Data Engineering, or Technical Program Management within regulated Financial Services or Fin Tech
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions on ETL pipelines, SQL, and data modeling
- Proven experience mapping complex data flows to meet regulatory standards and designing compensating controls
- Fluency with cloud-native data environments and their governance capabilities at scale
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
