Chief Information Security Officer

Mom's Meals seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to own enterprise security across our meal production, logistics, and healthcare partner ecosystem. The CISO will build and lead a security program that protects patient data, payment systems, and operational technology in kitchens and distribution centers. Responsibilities include security strategy, governance, and risk management; incident response; vendor and cloud security; compliance with HIPAA and other regulations;

and security awareness. You will partner with IT, operations, and executives to balance security, uptime, and regulatory needs in a mission-driven, growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise information security strategy aligned to Mom's Meals mission and growth
• Establish and lead security governance, policies, standards, and risk management processes
• Oversee security architecture for infrastructure, cloud, applications, and OT in production and logistics
• Lead incident response planning, monitoring, investigation, and post-incident remediation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI and other applicable security and privacy regulations
• Manage third-party, vendor, and cloud security risk across the partner ecosystem
• Direct security assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability management programs
• Develop and deliver company-wide security awareness and training
• Partner with executives, IT, and operations to balance security, availability, and performance
• Build and mentor a high-performing security team and manage security budgets and roadmaps
