• Ensure that offices, residential units, common areas and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
• Move items as necessary while adhering to safety rules and regulations.
• Perform some maintenance duties as necessary.

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds‑keeping experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary for training.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to be flexible and receptive to a diverse population.
• Valid driver’s license.
