Manatt's has an opening for a Full-time or Part-time Custodian at our Ankeny Ready Mix Plants and Offices.

• Cleans, sweeps, mops, vacuums and scrubs restrooms, showers, break areas, office spaces and all other assigned areas.
• Cleans windows and appliances.
• Replenishes restroom supplies, as necessary.
• Sanitizes and cleans counters.
• Empties wastebaskets and recycle bins.
• Removes oil spots and other residue from floors.
• Wipes oil barrel tops.
• Sweeps shop floors, including under work benches and all other floor space where dirt can accumulate.
• Sweeps floors using sweeping compound and Zamboni on shop floor.
• Rolls up air hoses, trouble light cords, and extension cords.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to listen.
