The Supervisor Clinic leads and coordinates day-to-day clinic operations, supervising staff and office activities to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality, cost-effective patient care. The role monitors performance, manages patient flow and resources, resolves operational issues, and implements policies and process improvements. It partners with the Clinic Administrator or clinic operations leadership to align priorities, maintain compliance and safety standards, and achieve clinic objectives.

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing schedules, hiring, onboarding, and resource allocation.
• Supervise clinical and patient service teams, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Ensure efficient clinic operations by maintaining policies, procedures, and workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Address daily operational and employee relations issues, partnering with clinic leadership on escalated concerns.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that supports staff engagement, quality care, and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate communication among providers, staff, patients, and leadership to support care coordination and patient education.
• Support patient experience and service recovery efforts; lead emergency preparedness and response to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor clinic performance, quality outcomes, and strategic initiatives while supporting budget development, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable activities, resolve related issues, and support accurate registration and billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, organizational policies, HIPAA, and safety requirements; oversee quality assurance, training, scheduling, and workflows for assigned ancillary or diagnostic services.

• Bachelor’sdegreerequired
• Degree in Business or Health Care Management is preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an RN, LPN, or CMA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, including planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising staff preferred
