Thermoplastic Injection Molding Process Specialist

Own the process. Keep production moving.

At Revere Plastics Systems, you’ll be the person who makes sure our injection presses start right, run right, and stay right. Your fingerprints will be on every successful startup, every rescued cycle, and every quality win.

A day in this role Arrive to a clean, climate-controlled floor and review the production plan.

Set molds and bring presses online—dialing in parameters for first-piece approval.

Chase down root causes when something drifts: short shots, flash, dimensional shifts—you find it and fix it fast.

Tune processes to reduce scrap, stabilize cycles, and increase uptime.

Program and fine-tune robotics (3-axis experience a plus) to maximize part handling and consistency.

Support quick, efficient mold changes to improve throughput.

Jump on quality and production calls in real time; document changes and lock in standards.

Coach operators on best practices and safe operation; keep your area organized and audit-ready.

What you bring

Proven background setting molds and running injection molding processes

Solid understanding of resins and core processing principles2+ years of injection molding experience preferred

Hands-on troubleshooting skills and strong mechanical aptitude3-axis robotics/programming exposure is a plus Curiosity to learn, adapt, and keep up with new technology

Physical requirements

Comfort standing and moving for the full shift

Frequent use of hands to handle, adjust, and operate equipment

Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as needed
