• Proven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes
• Working knowledge of resins and processing fundamentals
• Preferably 2+ years in injection molding
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
• 3-axis robotics/programming familiarity is a plus
• Adaptability and a desire to stay current with new tech

• Stand and move throughout the shift
• Use hands frequently to handle, adjust, and operate equipment
• Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed
