This pivotal role requires an expert in digital marketing strategies, with a focus on revenue generation, audience expansion, and building influential partnerships.
Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing Leadership
:
Spearhead comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance revenue, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. Manage the entire marketing funnel from awareness to retention, aligning with product launches and business goals. - Social Media & Content Strategy
:
Oversee content planning and execution across key platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and email. Stay ahead of platform trends and ensure content drives conversions, not just engagement. - Influencer & Partnership Development
:
Cultivate and manage high-value influencer partnerships, establishing long‑term, beneficial relationships with creators and brand partners to drive ROI. - Revenue & Conversion Optimization
:
Enhance conversion rates from social traffic to checkout, collaborating with various teams to optimize customer journeys and lifetime value. - Campaign Planning & Execution
:
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring clear, compliant messaging aligned with the brand voice. - Analytics & Performance Tracking
:
Monitor KPIs such as revenue attribution, conversion rates, and retention. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report results to leadership. - Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with product, sales, creative, and operations teams, mentoring marketing team members to bring structure and accountability to the department.
- 10 years in marketing with a focus on social media and health, fitness, and supplement brands.
- Deep knowledge of supplements, formulations, compliance, and consumer behavior.
- Proven success in scaling brands through organic social and influencer marketing.
- Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven mindset with creative execution abilities.
- Passion for health, fitness, and performance optimization.
- Business-owner mindset with a focus on conversion and ROI.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in both branding and direct response marketing.
- Ability to balance creativity with structure and systems.
