Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Travel | Contract Length: 13 weeks | Pay: $2,284 – $2,752 | Shift: 3x12 Days

Join our healthcare partner in Des Moines, IA, where you will be an integral part of a team that supports mothers and their newborns through every stage of labor and delivery. This role requires expertise in high‑risk obstetrics, antepartum care, and both C‑section and vaginal deliveries. You will work in a dynamic environment with a patient ratio of 1:1–2, ensuring personalized and attentive care.

• Provide comprehensive care to high‑risk obstetric patients.
• Manage antepartum, C‑section, and vaginal deliveries.
• Administer drips such as magnesium, insulin, and pitocin.
• Float across multiple campuses as needed.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.

• Need 2 years experience in setting.
• Must have completed at least one travel assignment in the previous 12 months.
• Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license.
• Intermediate or Advanced EFM / AWHONN certification.
• EPIC EMR experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA).
