We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $20.65/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. • - The ideal candidate will support daily laboratory activities by overseeing general operations and maintaining a clean, organized, and orderly workspace.
• - Responsibilities could include receiving and organizing incoming samples, maintaining adequate labware inventory, and preparing buffers and reagents.
• - Understanding and following Employee Safety and Health (ESH) guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow guidelines, and maintaining a safe work environment are needed.
• - Being capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively with more than one supervisor, interfacing with other functions such as system support teams and research personnel are encouraged.
• - This role also involves troubleshooting and operating equipment used in genotyping production, as well as reviewing and updating task-related documentation.
• - Candidates may be required to rotate across all three laboratory areas:
  Chipping, Extraction, and Detection.
• - Training for these positions may occur outside the listed normal work hours, depending on the availability of training personnel. This will be discussed prior to hiring.
