This role supports daily operations in a genotyping laboratory by assisting with sample processing, inventory management, and laboratory organization. Prepare reagents, operate laboratory equipment, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

• Support daily laboratory operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Receive, label, and process incoming laboratory samples.
• Maintain inventory of labware and laboratory supplies.
• Prepare buffers and reagents for laboratory use.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment used in genotyping production.
• Review, organize, and archive laboratory documentation.
• Follow Employee Safety and Health (ESH) guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflow procedures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, research personnel, and multiple supervisors to support laboratory operations.

• Knowledge of laboratory operations and sample handling.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Inventory management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating protocols.

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Must be available to work 3rd shift (1:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Monday–Friday).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced laboratory environment.
• Ability to work with multiple supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Estimated Salary: $14.86 to $22.86 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
