We are looking for a Prep Cook who is experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable

Starting Pay for Prep Cooks: $15 per hour and up based on experience.

Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time. Shifts are 4–8 hours, depending on availability. Ideally open availability, with mornings preferred. Must be available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Full‑time Benefits: Available for all full‑time employees who work on average 30 hours per week or more.

• Perform routine kitchen tasks.
• Follow the prep list created to plan duties.
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
• Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
• Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food.
• Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and entrees.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash.
• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6 months or more of prep cook experience preferred
• Prolonged periods of walking or standing
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time.
