HP Retail Sales Representative

Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $16.50 per hour, up to 15 hours per week, mostly weekend.

Location:

Best Buy 1512 – Ankeny, IA and surrounding office supply stores.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality and demo readiness.
• Report sales and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Keep work station/kiosk clean, organized, functional and presentable.
• Accurately document and submit all paperwork.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of job experience (sales, retail, telecom, marketing).
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
• Retail or customer‑service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid online training; $25 monthly technology reimbursement.
