Job Title

Position Summary:

This role involves various responsibilities including compliance with company policies, operating forklifts, managing inventory, providing member service, maintaining safety, and ensuring the sales floor and merchandising presentation adhere to company policies.

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines.
• Manages inventory flow and follows company policy and procedures for utilizing equipment.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and merchandise is staged according to company policy and procedures.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels in assigned areas.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services.
• Respects the individual by embracing differences and creating a culture of belonging.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results and putting the customer first.

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
