The Associate Pharmacy Associate provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. The role operates hardware such as cash registers and related equipment; processes member purchases; assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. The Associate also provides pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with Company policies and procedures, assists with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocks and secures pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and completes necessary paperwork and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues.
- Operate cash registers and processing equipment, handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Process prescription and OTC orders, maintain accurate prescription information, and file prescriptions.
- Stock, secure, and organize pharmacy supplies and merchandise; maintain logs and paperwork.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
- Recommend improvements, address opportunities, and adapt to change with feedback.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy.

Hourly wage range: $21.00 to $29.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
