Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.

• Assist management with supervision of associates in the assigned area: assign duties, communicate goals and feedback, train on processes and procedures, provide direction, ensure compliance with company policies, support the Open Door Policy, and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise, organize and maintain the sales floor using equipment and merchandising, and complete required documentation, logs, and paperwork.
• Maintain facility safety: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, manage hazardous materials, observe company steel standards, and report unsafe situations.
• Ensure merchandise presentation: handle claims and returns, zone the area, stock, arrange, clean displays, sign and price merchandise, identify shrink and damages, and secure fragile and high‑shrink items.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality: enforce product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards across all departments.
• Lead and participate in teams: share resources, coordinate work assignments, model change adaptation, and ensure timelines and quality.
• Oversee the picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged per policy.
• Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs: collaborate with managers and partners, analyze information, monitor progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards: explain, guide, implement action plans, and assist management in correcting compliance issues.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.

• Leading a team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
