Wood Roofing is looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team and help customers across Central Iowa find long-term roofing, waterproofing, maintenance, replacement, new construction, and sheet metal solutions.

We work on large commercial projects, roof replacements, service and maintenance needs, and all roof types—and we are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and turning opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

• Develop new commercial roofing sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with property managers, building owners, facility teams, contractors, and referral partners.
• Visit commercial properties, discuss customer needs, and identify repair, replacement, maintenance, and project opportunities.
• Present clear estimates, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Follow up consistently, earn trust, and help close business.
• Coordinate with estimating, production, and project management teams to create a smooth customer experience.

• Sales experience with a strong drive to prospect, follow up, and grow business.
• Commercial roofing, construction, restoration, exterior contracting, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable visiting commercial job sites and walking properties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A professional, self-motivated approach and a commitment to excellent customer service.
