• 10+ years of handyman experience, knowledgeable in multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile, or painting)
• Own truck or van and tools
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Strong work ethic of problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
• Proven ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service interactions
• Great multitasking and prioritization skills
• Service Titan knowledge, a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus

• Proper Equipment – Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Troubleshooting Skills – Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
• Be Presentable – Clean-Cut appearance, Decent looking vehicle, Organized tools

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
