FRS, A Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Co-Foreman to join their team in Des Moines, IA!

The Co-Foreman is a leader and contributor on our crew, integral to our success. They coordinate tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Candidates with experience in construction, home services, trade work, or team leadership are a great fit.

• Assist Foreman in leading a team serving local customers
• Review job specs for materials, tools, and equipment
• Assess site conditions and plan work accordingly
• Install products/services with support from professionals
• Troubleshoot and innovate to meet standards and schedules
• Provide quality service and ensure proper documentation

• Strong communication, motivation, teamwork skills
• Experience leading small teams
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas
• Other duties as assigned

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Good stamina and vision for reading reports
