CTO​/Founding Software Engineer

We are an ambitious, early-stage startup poised for significant growth, and we're looking for a passionate builder to join us on this journey.

• As a core member of the team, you'll take our MVP past the finish line and into a scalable future. Your primary focus will be on architecting and building our split backend using Node.js, integrating complex systems including Web3 services, international payment gateways, and autonomous LLM agents. On the frontend, you'll develop a sophisticated, role-based interface using Next.js/React that delivers real-time data and a seamless experience for admins, clients, and talent alike.
  
  We're looking for a versatile engineer who can master the full stack.

• This is more than a job; it's a co-founding opportunity to build a transformative company from the ground up. As a pivotal member of our initial team, your compensation will be heavily weighted towards equity at this stage, reflecting your foundational impact and shared success.
• If employed as a CTO, we offer a significant equity stake of up to 5%. This is an equity-first opportunity, with a competitive cash salary to be introduced immediately following our successful seed round funding.
• If employed as our Founding Software Engineer, we are offering a meaningful equity stake of up to 2% to reflect your foundational impact. Also, this is an equity-first opportunity, and a competitive cash salary will be introduced immediately following our successful seed round.
