Job Description

Germain Lexus of Ann Arbor is looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our elite group of professionals as an automotive Billing Clerk! Work Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm!

• Analyze dealership expenses and departmental profitability
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules and reconciliations
• Monitor vehicle and parts inventory accounting
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Review and reconcile accounting discrepancies
• Track receivables, reserves, and manufacturer incentives
• Ensure accurate posting of deals and inventory transactions
• Maintain compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls
• Work closely with accounting office staff and department managers

dealership accounting experience preferred

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Experience with Excel and financial reporting
• Experience with CDK Drive or dealership management systems preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
