Bookkeeper

Experienced bookkeeper wanted for varied, interesting client work at Ann Arbor CPA firm — flexible part-time or full-time schedule (3–5 days per week).

This is public accounting–level bookkeeping: you'll work across a range of high quality clients in Quick Books Online. Our clients include startups, restaurants, technology companies, professional firms, real estate professionals, and high-net-worth individuals — the work stays varied and interesting.

• Client bookkeeping in Quick Books Online (QBO), at a public accounting level
• Client onboarding, setup, training, and support
• Regularly resolving clients' bookkeeping issues
• Proactive planning with clients and staff
• 1099 and limited payroll administration (mostly outsourced payroll)

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience for businesses

• Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 (annualized at full-time), based on experience
