Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Tax Accountant
Experienced bookkeeper wanted for varied, interesting client work at Ann Arbor CPA firm — flexible part-time or full-time schedule (3–5 days per week).
This is public accounting–level bookkeeping: you'll work across a range of high quality clients in Quick Books Online. Our clients include startups, restaurants, technology companies, professional firms, real estate professionals, and high-net-worth individuals — the work stays varied and interesting.
What you'll do- Client bookkeeping in Quick Books Online (QBO), at a public accounting level
- Client onboarding, setup, training, and support
- Regularly resolving clients' bookkeeping issues
- Proactive planning with clients and staff
- 1099 and limited payroll administration (mostly outsourced payroll)
- Nice, thoughtful people — we like where we work

- Strong problem solvers and exceptional communicators
- Expert knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience for businesses

Whatwe offer
- Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 (annualized at full-time), based on experience
