- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification will be considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax role, preferably in a managerial position.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing a client base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to professional development.
- Proficiency in tax software and other accounting tools.
