Tax Intern

Our Tax Specialists provide strategies on how to plan today to minimize our clients’ taxes in the future. As a Tax Intern you will be integrated into the Family Office, working closely with CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors to gather tax data, prepare projections, and support client service. Flexible working hours allow you to gain hands‑on experience while completing your degree.

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available throughout the year.

• Analyze and calculate tax liability for individual and business clients.
• Prepare tax projections and reports.
• Attend meetings and trainings with the Tax Team.
• Assist in servicing clients and ensuring compliance with industry rules and regulations.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Tax Team.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong work ethic, self‑starter, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Intent to pursue Enrolled Agent and/or Certified Public Accountant credentials and obtain an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
