We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a customer-focused organization in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions related to invoices, charges, and account activity with professionalism and accuracy.
• Investigate payment or billing concerns, identify root causes, and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Reach out to clients regarding outstanding balances and coordinate appropriate payment arrangements.
• Enter, update, and maintain payment information within company records to support accurate account tracking.
• Reconcile customer accounts by reviewing transactions, identifying discrepancies, and correcting variances when needed.
• Partner with internal team members and management to support day-to-day accounts receivable operations and complete additional assigned tasks.
