Mathematica is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in the United States to manage billing and collections, prepare client invoices, and monitor receivables. You will work with the Billing Manager, project teams, and clients to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
Responsibilities include monthly federal/private invoicing, indirect cost rate variances, reconciliations of unbilled receivables, and ad-hoc reporting.
