Salary:
Up to $30/hour depending on experience

• Work with a diverse portfolio of small business clients across multiple industries

• Gain experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and digital financial systems

• Build expertise supporting e-commerce and merchant-based business operations

• Strengthen your financial reporting and account reconciliation skills

• Collaborate directly with clients and contribute to day-to-day accounting success

• Expand your knowledge of payroll, sales tax, and compliance-related processes

• Record and classify financial transactions for multiple client accounts

• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and supporting schedules

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

• Support payroll, sales tax, and 1099-related processes

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or client accounting experience

• Experience with Quick Books, Xero, or similar accounting software

• Knowledge of merchant platform accounting, including Shopify, Amazon, or eBay

• Accounting education, certification, or equivalent training
